HEART SOUND YOGA

A nurturing exploration of hatha yoga, nada yoga (the yoga of sound) and sound healing. Students are encouraged to compassionately engage in a conscious exploration of breath, movement, sound and stillness. Combining yoga poses with healing sounds and vibrations can help energise the body and relax the mind. Develop deep listening and awareness of the inner landscape. Experience the freedom of vocal expression. Resonate with warmth and spaciousness and go on to share the fruits of your practice with others.

Suitable for every body.

“Music without words means
leaving behind the mind.
And leaving behind the mind
is meditation.
Meditation returns you
to the source.
And the source of all is sound.”
